Natasha Williams, PhD, LMFT

Director, Research & Evaluation

As a Director at Sharp Insight, Natasha brings expertise in mixed methods evaluation design, statistical analysis, mental health, health equity, and communicating technical information to lay audiences. She has supported evaluation projects focused on food insecurity, out-of-school -time programs, LGBTQ+ youth, sustainable forestry, and sexual health. In addition to her work at Sharp Insight, Natasha is a licensed marriage and family therapist, as well as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Maryland School of Public Health teaching a course on family inequality. Prior to joining Sharp Insight, she worked as a consultant conducting community health needs assessments and community action research with public health partners in her home state of Florida.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Family & Child Sciences (double major) from Florida State University, a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Purdue University Northwest and a PhD in Family Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. 

Outside "the office"

Natasha enjoys spending time near the water, watching football, experimenting with global cuisines, jigsaw puzzles, live music, and painting. She fancies herself a master of shower singing and can play a mean drum solo on the steering wheel of her car.
