Reena comes to Sharp Insight with robust experience in quality improvement and health workforce capacity building. She has spent the better part of her career in a variety of non-profit settings including community health centers, schools, and regional and national associations. She began her public health career as a registered nurse and is especially passionate about contributing to the creation of supportive and justice-oriented systems. 

Reena holds a Master of Public Health with a focus in reproductive and family health, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is an active member of the American Evaluation Association and the Washington Evaluators. 

Outside "the office"

Reena’s hobbies include writing, reading, sewing, biking, eating with loved ones, and perpetually planning to take a woodworking class.
