Rescuing Response Rates

You worked so hard to develop that webinar, right? You even got your participants to engage in real time! When the webinar ended, you were so excited to read your survey responses. But when you went online to check them out… there were none (gasp)! Sound familiar? If so, you’re not alone! Getting good response rates is hard!

Do we still think participants are grateful for the webinar support they’re receiving?  We sure do!  But that gut feeling may not go far enough when it comes time to debrief with your team, improve future trainings, or write up that report to a funder.
