Logic Model Cheat-Sheet

These days, it feels like very little in our world seems to make sense.  If you are searching for that special something to bring a tiny bit of order to your life, we’ve got just the solution: a logic model!  This one-page gem can give your team a boost of clarity to help get them through these illogical times.

At Sharp Insight, we often support teams in developing organization-wide and/or program-specific logic models. And we know that a user-friendly template provides a great starting point for this fundamental evaluation exercise. So today we’re giving you a logic model cheat-sheet.  We hope it will help you and your colleagues jump start your logic model design process.  Because let’s be real, right now don’t we all need at least one thing that’s just a little easier?

In case you need a refresher, a logic model is a visual that helps organizations make the connection between WHAT they do, HOW they do it, and WHY it matters.  You can start designing this by working from left to right or right to left, or just jumping in where your thoughts start to flow.
